Information you provide

The guest-post form collects the name, email address, proposal details and document links that a contributor chooses to submit. This information is used only to assess the proposal, check compliance with the editorial guidelines and respond to the contributor. Do not include sensitive personal information or upload a manuscript.

Calculator values are processed locally in your browser. Shareable calculator links contain only the numerical and category choices shown in the address.

Form delivery and retention

Guest-post submissions are transmitted securely to Web3Forms, which processes them and forwards them by email to the site owner. Web3Forms states that submissions on its free plan are stored for 30 days. Unsuccessful proposals may be deleted from the owner’s mailbox when no longer needed. Accepted-contributor correspondence and permission records may be retained to administer publication and document the permission to publish.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not set cookies for its own features and launches without third-party analytics or advertising trackers. The form provider applies server-side spam checks and may process ordinary browser and network signals without creating a site account.

Server records

Cloudflare, the web host and security provider, may retain ordinary server logs such as an IP address, requested page, time and browser details for security, reliability and operation. Retention and access are controlled through the hosting service.

External sites

Links and the guest-post form connect to third-party services with their own privacy practices. Following a link or submitting the form gives that service the information normally sent by a browser and, for the form, the details entered by the contributor.
